Reynolds Cycling is a vertical company specializing in the design and manufacture of carbon composite and alloy bicycle wheels. Stella was invited to present a re-branding/ positioning proposal. We developed and delivered a comprehensive suite addressing corporate culture, workspace, new product initiatives, line extensions, brand development and trade marketing, as well as proposals for consumer outreach, acquisition and retention. In addition, we provided strategic commentary regarding potential joint ventures and M&A targets.
